Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cancellations/refunds are possible up to four weeks before start. After this period, no refund will be made. Excluded are online events where immediate access to material or a page is provided.
In the event of the cancellation of an event on the part of Robell International, you will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded within four weeks via the payment method used.
When an event is moved, you will be notified as soon as possible. As soon as a new date is set, we will announce this by email. If this new date is not suitable, you can let us know by email within seven days of notification. The full amount will then be refunded within four weeks via the payment method used. If you have not responded within the period stated here, your right to a refund will expire. In the case of an online event, where the opportunity is offered to listen to or download the material on a later date, the above terms regarding refunds do not apply.
Generally it is not possible to transfer a reservation to another date. If you are not able to attend, you can send us an email at least two weeks in advance, requesting a transfer. Our decision is final and irrevocable. The conditions for cancellations and refunds remain fully applicable.
Robell International are free to refuse or cancel a reservation or participation without any explanation. This decision will be communicated via email as soon as possible. If a payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded within four weeks via the payment method used.
Refunds of any kind during or after participation, for whatever reason, are not possible.
If a participant behaves in a manner that disrupts an event, Robell International reserve the right to refuse or remove the participant in question. No refund will be issued to the participant.
It is prohibited to record, distribute or (re)transmit any event in any form (audio, video, photography, etc.). Making notes for personal use is allowed. Material recorded without prior authorization is automatically owned by Robell International. Distribution and/or making available of recorded events is expressly not permitted without prior written permission.
Robell International are free to record, transmit or distribute an event in any form. By booking you give permission to do so and agree to transfer all rights to the material to Robell International.
